After we recieve your email with your ideas and interest, we will then select a architect that best describes your style of design your looking for! We ask that you pay before building and that the house is unocuppied, meaning the architect will be the only one in the house while building. We also request that if there is a previous house on the property that it be totally cleared along with the items! We do all this before hand to save both the architect and client time!

If you would like your furniture arranged by the architect that will be a extra charge of 10k to the additional charge. We are not always responsible for wallpaper, floors, and roof designs, just for building the structure, under request only!
